Removeable devices "not formatted" error msg

Posted: 12-09-2003, 09:58 PM
Since I have installed SP1, all my removeable devices
(floppy, iomega zipdisk, and a CF card reader; the latter
two are USB connected) return a "media not formatted"
when I try 'properties' inquiry or try to read a disk or
card. My CDRom will not read data cd's created by other
computers.

Sounds like a global problem. Any ideas? Help?

Thanks in advance!Robin
