removing RecycleBin and system Volume Information Folders

Hi
Can anyone tell me how to remove $RECYCLE.BIN and system Volum
Information Folders in my D drive? i think i got this from USB and it
some sort of virus coz i am not able to delete it

You can't delete it because it's normal to be there.

Find something else to obsess about.

Those are normally there..
If you don't want to see them, then go back to "hide protected operating
system files".
Organize - Folder and Search options
View - [ x ] hide protected operating system files (Recommended)

Leave them alone. They contain your deleted items and
your system restore information (among other things).

The OS usually has these hidden so as to protect you
from yourself. )
