Removing a user

How can I remove a user (non-admin account) so I don't have its directory
structure and I don't see the icon at startup?

Hello,

go to your Control Panel -> Add or remove user accounts (in "User Accounts and Family Safety") -> click the account you want to delete -> Delete the account.
When deleting it, choose to remove all its folders and settings.
