Repair Connection - never successfull?

Posted: 08-23-2006, 03:57 PM
After repairing a stalled (wireless) network connection by right-clicking on
it's icon and selecting Repair, Vista allways displays a message, that the
connection couldn't be repaired.
But in most cases that's not true. In 9 of 10 of my cases the connection can
be repaired that way.

My Vista is a Beta 2, but I don't have the Build at hand. It's not the last
version though.
But I can trace back that behaviour to Windows 2000 at least ...

Has anybody seen a message, saying the connection was successfully repaired?

While it's only a display issue, I find it a bit confusing none the less.

Greetings,

Ralf
