i am wondering to what value the MS KB atricle Q307099
(http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-
us;307099&Product=winxp) is referring. i am having this
issue and assumed that they were referring to a value in
the winnt.sif file, but didnt find it there. i didi a
search of all files on the cd for "repartition" contained
in one of them and also came up dry.

anyone know where this value is?
