Repost - How to turn XP Pro fax on & off

Hi - I just installed the XP Pro fax console after installing a v.92 modem
to handle the faxes. I also have a fax machine connected to my phone line.
(I only have one phone line). This means the XP Pro fax program and the
physical fax machine are on the same phone line.

Question - Is there an on/off switch for the XP Pro fax program. In other
words I don't want it to automatically load when Windows XP Pro is running.
I want to be enable and disable the program as needed.

One suggestion was to turn off automatic reception, but the poster who
suggested this did not include instructions on how to do this and I cannot
find this option.
