Restoring my Printer Service

Hello, I am unable to print or add a printer! I have tried several fixes I
found online and on mirosoft web help to no avail. I have a HP OfficeJet K80
Printer that worked fine until I tried to Manually Download SP3 since then I
have not been able to print, find a printer, add a printer etc. I get the
following messages when I try.
1.) Spoolsv,exe Application Error
2.) Printer Service is Not Running
3.) The RPC Service is Unavailable

No matter what I have tried nothing seems to work any help and Ideas would
be great.
