| Can you restrict/administer Remote Assistance to suit the following requirements. - Disable the ability to send invitation via file? - Is there a way of only allowing remote invitations to only send specified email address? (an internal support address) and/or - Can you stop invitations from being sent whilst enabling the ability to offer assistance, currently both functions share the Solicited Remote Assistance Policy. It has been mentioned in another post that this policy config may change in SP2 but I cannot find any more resources to support this - and the XP SP2 Beta does not appear to make any difference to Remote Assistance. Any help on this topic will be appreciated, Nick | Guest
