Restricting user access to a printer

Hi,

How do I denny any access to a printer for a user ?
For example :

I have two printers on my XP home edition PC
one mine, one a housemates.. How do I set premissions so
only the user level can not use one of the printers ?

Any suggestions would be appreciated
