Deleted msblast.exe due to W32lovsan.worm.a virus. How
do I retrieve a clean copy of msblast.exe

You do not want that file. It is part of the W32/lovsan.a worm (aka
Blaster). See the following article for complete removal directions:

You do not want that file back. It is a part of the W32/lovsan.worm.a (also
known as Blaster). Visit the website of your antivirus vendor and look up
the removal steps for that worm that need to be done manually (by you).

you dont want nor need msblast.exe

MSblast.exe is not a system file nor is it a part of your setup. It is the
executable that places the worm on your system.
