Thanks for the advice Rich...however, I have another
question, I don't have a "WinXP" CD. I have two CD's
that came with the system: 1) The Compaq Restore Plus and
2)Compaq Operting System CD. Are any of these two the
one I should put into the computer? Also, this problem
only happens on my identity - it doesn't happen when
anyone else in the house signs on the computer. Thanks!
