| Hi all, I have a Vista HP machine and I'm trying to install a program. The program seems to install fine because no errors crop up during the setup process. I'm logged in as the administrator and I've also ran the setup as an administrator. The program has some sort of security feature that generates an 8-digit number based on the PC config (hd, registry, etc.). This is where the problem starts. This security feature is somehow being blocked and I can't register the software because this information is missing. Anyone has any iedas on how to permit such operations? Thanks, Ivan | Guest

ask them. Possibly they have a patch or a more recent version of the program or a workaround. Malke -- Elephant Boy Computers www.elephantboycomputers.com "Don't Panic!" MS-MVP Windows - Shell/User | Guest
