Roaming account problem

I'm using Vista Home Premium with latest updates
I had a normal administration account on the laptop that I'm using
I created vpn connection to a network and somehow Windows Vista had
great idea of changing my administration account to a roaming account
Now when I start my computer I can only log in to that roaming account
There is not even option to login in to original administration account
Allso if I create new accounts they are allso roaming accounts
My question is:
How do I change this roaming account back to administration accout? I
it is possible
OR How do I can login to my administration accout? If it even stil
exists
