 Run as Administrator in Start Panel does not responde For some reason, when I right click on shortcuts in the most used programs list on the start panel, the "Run as Administrator" menu item does not responde when clicked. It works anywhere else, even in the "All Programs" menus ( or tree or whatever it is called now" | Guest
