Runas difficulties

I am trying to run any program (in this case explorer, I
have tried others with the same results. I shift-right
click on Windows Explorer. Select Runas With 100
\Administrator , Domain Administrator Logon and
Password. I get a dialog stating:

D:\Windows\explorer.exe
The directory Name is invalid.

When I click on OKay the message disappears and explorer
does not open. I have the secondary logon enabled and
the service says it running. Any assistance would be
greatly appreciated. Thanks
