Runtime Error abt oledb32.dll

Hi,

I m using winXP, i have installed nothing except the
operating system on my computer. My computer is Pentium 4
with 128 MB RAM and 10 GB HDD.

I have tried to install a software developed in Visual
Basic 6.0 and MS Access. The setup of this software is
done through InstallShield 6.30.

When i try to run the setup of the above mentioned
software on my winXP it gives error "Provider not found or
not properly installed". When i try to register the
file "oledb32.dll" through regsvr32.exe it is not
registering the file and gives msg that "register faild".

I have formatted my HDD and re-installed WinXP but though
the error remains same.

Can u help me in this matter ?
