Hi Reboot, then pres F8 just before your system boots into Windows.

Safe mode
Turn off your computer or Restart, while its loadingkeep clicking on F8 and the Screen will appear giving you
different options, in which one is Safe Mode. Good Luck

Hi,Go to Start/Run/Msconfig. Boot.Ini and check off /SafeBoot. Apply/Ok,
reboot.
