SATA error when switching users

Posted: 11-13-2003, 02:28 PM
Hopefully someone will know the answer to this one:

I just installed Windows XP Pro on a machine with an 80gb
Seagate SATA as the primary and only drive. Install went
fine. All updates and patches went on smoothly.

Added several users, and now this is where the problem
begins. When switching to other users (NOT configured as
administrators) I get this error message:

can't open SATARAID Key's, default volumes will be used

After clicking OK the machine works fine, but I'd like to
get rid of the error message.

Machine:
Asus A7N8X Pro mobo
Seagate 80gb 7200.7 SATA
Athlon XP 2400+
512mb RAM
XP Pro
