save Hard Drive.

My daughter lost her mother board and cpu. I bought her
an new computer and stuck in the ol hard drive as a
slave. It recognizes the drave as a slave but returns
entry denied when drying to open to it. She doesnt't
want to loose the pictures in the files on it. Qhat to do
now?
