ScanDisc cant get past!!

sorry but it still does it even if i clink run normal, it
goes back to the scan disc and goes through 100% and says
no errors , brings me back to the screen of choices and on
mater what i choose it goes into scan disc( of the
equivelent i have windowns XP)
