How best to prevent unauthorised access? What are the
options available at booting level? Any method of
creating power on password?

Hi,

Apply a strong password for all the users of the pc. Then
apply a strong password for hte administrator.

then use NTFS partitions for your computer. You can set
up the password at the bios level.
