Seikosha SP-2000 Custom Paper Size Not Available in XP

Our invoice printers worked in Win9x, with custom fanfold
of 8*6, our terminals were upgraded to XP, when the
printers have been installed, we do not have a choice of
selecting custom paper size - only the standard
A4/A5/letter/etc, we even tried the emulatation modes but
have the same choice and even less on the Proprinter II
emul. mode.

Seikosha Tech Support USA is of no help at all.

Any ideas?
