Selecting Background Problem

My initial look at vista is a plesant one (so far)

I dont know if this is a bug or my laptop but when changing the desktop
wallpaper, the window which shows the images to choose from all show the same
picture - they only refresh and show the correct picture when I click on an
image.

Latpop specs are
AMD 64 Turion 1.6GHz
512 Memory
Mobility Radeon X700 - 64MB Video Memory
