Serial ATA drive shown as Ultra Mode 5 in Win XP?

Posted: 08-29-2003, 12:00 AM
I bought new components for my pc including new Serial
ATA drive Seagate ST380013AS. After installing windows xp
it shows me that both my drives are Ultra DMA 5 (second
drive is Seagate Baraccuda IV ata 100). Any clues why?
Maybe i need more drivers?
I have ABIT IS7-E mobo (serial ata with Intel ICH5)
Pentium IV 2,4 Ghz HT
2 x 256 DDR 400 Mhz
Seagate SATA 7200.7 80 GB (ST380013AS
Seagate Baraccuda IV 80 Gb ATA 100
and so on....
