I WENT COMPUTER MANAGEMENT AND WENT TO EVEN VIEWER AND
THEN SYSTEM. I SAW IN THE ERROR THERE AND WHEN I GOT IN
TO PROPERTIES, IT SAYS, THE FOLLOWING BOOT-START OR

SYSTEM-START DRIVERS FAILED TO:

RapDrv
RapFile
RapNet

I would like to know is there are anyway to install those
files from somewhere and may fix the problem. I look
forward a reply from anyone.

I'm in a similar boat with a different device ( See my
post) ... I wish I had the answer , but wanted you to
have a reply since you were looking forward to it and
