Service Pack 1 and printer

Posted: 07-23-2004, 02:34 PM
Our office recently upgraded our computers (Dell)complete
with all-in-one printers at each workstation. They are
using the USB port. When we've downloaded Service Pack 1
we cannot activate our printers. We've looked for
drivers and such but there seems to be nothing out there
that addresses this. We have an outsourced contractor
who is at a loss also.

Any ideas?
