Setting up New Connection Wizard Error

Ive been trying to setup a new connection wizard on this
persons PC that I am troubleshooting.

Yet, when I put in a name for the connection(dial-up) it
says that it cannot accept names with spaces or periods
in it, yet it is clearly without any of them. I have
tried repeated times with no success.

Anyone know what to do?
