Under "System Properties", there is a tab "Advanced". Under this tab, there
is a box for "Performance", use the "Settings" button in this box. This will
bring up "Performance Options", use the "Advanced" tab and the options for
the paging file(s) can be set under "Virtual memory".

One cannot designate the initial location of the Page File
during installation. You can do so afterward but you should
be aware that a Page File should not be relocated to a different
partition on the same drive....it should only be relocated to
a separate hard drive. Having a Page File relocated to a different
partition, on the same drive, will actually cause a performance
slowdown. Read the following article:
