When I play music through Windows Media Player it sounds
like the voices are running fast.

I just don't know what the problem is. It's even the
same when I play a CD too, the voices don't sound like
the original singer's or group.

Can some one there please help and tell me what to do as
I have no idea what the problem is.

Would it be a setting in Windows Media Player or some
thing else.

Any information that any one can give me would be
appreciated very much with many thanks.

Pam

You can try to reset the acceleration:
Start/Control Panel/Sounds and Audio../Audio tab/Advanced button under Playback/Performance tab/slide the accelerator to the left one click. Click Apply and OK. In that same window you can also try the Restore defaults button, that
may also solve the problem.

You can only change the bass and treble if it supported by your soundcard.
Contact Dell to see if it is.
