severely compromised

An internal 'hack' has taken place on my computer.
System files have been deleted. the computer's ip address
is automatacally redirect. Virus Scan will be diabled
during operations.

It seems that there is another operating system
functioning on the computer. I have re-=installed and
still there is some 'recycler file' and system files that
alert the hacker.
There are system events that take place, even though I
thought I had reconfigured security, an update is sent
and the old files are reintroduced. Can anyone give any
assistance to these problems. I'm sincerely trying to
learn what they did.
There are also encrypted and hidden files with passwords
that I cannot access, even after reinstallation. I have
Drive C and D on the harddrive.

Thanks for your thoughts.

backup your important documents and erase and reinstall
XP and get yourself a Firewall and Virus Protection.
While your at it install Ad-aware. or get a Mac.

Thank you, I have done all of that way in the
beginning. I have advanced Macafee Pro Edition 7. this
is a sophisticated inside hack. I need professional
references, not standard operations. But thank you for
you attention.
