I have a home network through the router. I have no
problem sharing any of my files but i cant share the
printer. On my other computer i get a message that says
that it cant connect to the printer, even thouh its on
and i have the driver of the printer installed on the
other computer. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Have you told the system that the printer is network shared?

The Windows XP firewall will generally block access to any shared
resources on that computer.

You need to use a different firewall such as ZoneAlarm or Sygate which
you can configure to allow access to the shared printer.

Good luck
