Shared Computer Toolkit

We are planning on adding several new public computers in our library next
Spring. I was hoping to wait for Vista. Will there be a program comparable
to the Microsoft Shared Computer Toolkit for XP available for Vista?

I would also like to know if MS is planning to develop a shared computer
toolkit for Vista and if so, when will it be available?

What do you mean when you say Administrator Toolkit? I don't think anyone
understands you.

Sorry, i was not clear in what I wanted to say. I mean, after I installed
and configured the Shared computer toolkit on a Windows xp machine. As i
said in my previous message , everything is locked up including accessing to
the Administrator. CTRL-ALT-DELET will not even allow me to go to the
administrator and make a change. I just wanted some advise how to get to
the administrator and make changes to the profile I am supposed to lock.
