Shared Fax Priority

We have a Windows 2003 Server with a shared fax setup. When the Send Fax
wizard starts up on a WinXP workstation, I do not get the opportunity to
choose "High Priority", the options is greyed out. I CAN select either
normal or low priority. Anyone know of a way to fix this?
