Shares Require a Password

I have a computer running Windows 2003 server on my network
and whenever I try to access a shared folder on this
computer from another one on the network it consistently
prompts for a username and password.

I have already checked the permissions and made sure the
"everyone" user is allowed read priveleges. What am I missing?
