sharing printers on NT network

Hi
we have all our workstations using NT with a number of
network printers attached to them. One of the guys has a
laptop with XP Home on it and althoough we can connet him
to the network and share files etc., we cannot see any of
the network printers. Can anyone advse me on how we can
share the printers so that the laptop can see them.
