Sharing Printing

I have a users who has a printer on his laptop ( XP), the laptop is part of
a domain. The printer is shared and I ( W2K Pro)want to access his shared
printer I can't seem to see it. Can anyone tell me what am I doing wrong
here. We both are running of the same DSL/Cable modem router and I can ping
him and he can ping me but I can access his resource. Does it have anything
to do with his laptop being part of a domain??? I need to somehow be able to
access the shared printer. Thanks.
