Minimize to taskbar- ALT+SPACE BAR+N
Switch using ALT-TAB to goto that window

shortcut keys

You can minimize and maximize a window by just clicking
the name of that particular window on the taskbar. click
the name on the taskbar to minimize it, click it again to
maximize it.

You can also minimize multiple windows all at once by
pressing windows key + D and pressing it again opens them
all back.

Pressing windows key + M also minimizes multiple windows
and pressing windows key + Shift + M opens them back up.
