If you are using Norton Internet Security 2003, then
do not enable XP's built-in firewall....they will conflict.

You should download and install the following patch:

Blaster Worm: Critical Security Patch for Windows XP (32-bit version)
http://microsoft.com/downloads/detai...displaylang=en
