Sigmatel Audio Bad_Pool_Header errors

I have just upgraded from XP Pro to Vista Ultimate and even with the latest
driver (which was the only update recommended by the Vista Upgrade Advisor)
I still have issues when it comes to sound. If I open iTunes or Windows
Media Player 11 and play audio files I get a Bad_Pool_Header error
(0x00000019) and then the system reboots. The only time I get this is when
playing audio files.

Anyone know of a fix?
