Ronnie - thanks for the suggestion.

This did not work - I get the error message :
TMuninstall has quit working.
Trend Micro is the company that provides thne uninstall program here.

It is trying to uninstall McAfee Service Center 7.

You're using a Trend Micro uninstaller for a McAfee Program? just try
removing McAfee though their own tool or through Add/remove programs.
guitardude.

Hi,
Riddle me this...I installed a program on my Vista computer and it
won't work. So I want to delete it. And the same problem as above, I
am the Administrator, but the program does not know how to give me
permission. How do I delete this file? I already took it completely
out of my Registry manually because it would no uninstall either. I
just want it gone! I tried copying it to my documents file and then
moving it back to my root C drive. Didn't work. Do you know how I can
get rid of this folder?
Thanks,
Andrea
