Re: The size is not right when printing.
If the aspect ratio of your original is different thanthe template...some auto cropping may occur.
If you notice the captions under the templates...
they say, "Cropped and Rotated to fit".

This is on my grandma's computer where it does that, but I can print a picon mine and it works fine. We both have win xp but we do have different
printers.

The printer is on the list, so I will try upgrading the driver. Thanks foryou help, I will tell you if it works.

I ran the test provided HP and it says that I have the most up to datedriver. I am just going to buy a new printer.
