Default sleep-power option

when I first fired up ...I had a sleep -power
option,accessible through the shut-down menu
(sleep/shutdown/log off-user) and my keyboard
(power/sleep/wake up)...a few months later due to
technical difficulties Ihad to dump and reformat the
system re-installing windows xp home edition same as
prior or so I thought but I can not get the sleep-power
option back...any suggestions????thanx, for your
time...sara

Default Re: sleep-power option

Hi Sara,

It means one of the original dirvers is not installed. Loss of the Standby
or Sleep option is usually due to an installed driver not supporting that
function. Check with your manufacturer for updates.
