Slmodem and Skystar2 card in conflict ?

Hello,

I have a problem with my Smartlink modem (slmodem) and my satellite
card (Skystar2) on the Mandriva LE2006.
I can't make "modprobe slamr" and "modprobe skystar2" at the same
time.
It seems to have a conflict because their respective devices have the
same major char (212).
My kernel is : 2.6.12-12.mm.1mdk-i686-up-4GB

Does anybody know how to solve this problem ?
