Slow Gigabit LAN speed in one direction

I have two Vista PCs connected to a Netgear gigabit switch. One one
PC there is no issues it is fast in both directions. The other
however is slow if I copy something to the other PC's share, slow as
in 2-5 MB/sec. If I copy something to the local HD from the share
then it is gigabit fast 42-50 MB /sec. I can pull things off or copy
to the slow computer from the other PC also all at gigabit speed. The
only time its slow is when Im copying to the other PC's shares...which
is what I do most often unfourtunatley. I've tried different drivers,
turning off and on Flow Control and Power Managment, I've tried
setting Media Type to 1000 full duplex. Nothing has worked as of yet.
