| Hello Peach, You have the classic "codec" problem. I have written a utility now used by many that will attempt to solve your problem. Check out the FAQ on my site and/or download "Rename Codecs" from my site. I will be surprised if it does not solve your problem. Be sure to read the comments on what it does next to the icon for downloading.
