Sound card not under Audio properties

Posted: 12-06-2003, 07:07 PM
win xp home edition
I installed my sound card correctly and it is enabled and
everything is fine. The only problem is when i go to
control panel->sound properties->audio tab, to select it
as my default device, everything is greyed out. saying no
playback devices. and when i go to the hardware tab to the
right, its listed in there as working properly and
enabled. any ideas?

Did you install the XP Software that came with the Card or that you can
download from the Cards Website?
