Sound Driver installation Problem

I installed the driver for the C-Media 8738 onboard sound
and sound mixer (ASUS P4T533 motherboard). The hardware
and software work perfectly, but the installshield
installer comes up every time that I boot up and wants to
load the driver and applications again. I would welcome
any suggestions.
