Sound scheme for Vista

Posted: 09-02-2006, 02:09 PM
One of the few things that MS has touched is the sound schemes.

I noticed in pre-rc1 that there are two start up events...
1 when the computer first boots into vista and the other when a user logs
on.

The default is the xp start up sound for both....

How about changing them....

Like maybe using the thx soung?
Or perhaps the borg saying "Resistance is Futile"
of maybe the Hal 2000 saying "Good morning dave"

.....

any others?

Seriously, for all the expense and effort to make vista look different from
xp....
Why not make it soud different to?

I meant to say in my original post...

"one of the few things that has not been touched..."

But glad you got my meaning anyway
