SP2 b2162 Windowsupdate V5 Error Message.

This is the error message I am getting 0x800A1391.
I have already followed the soultion in Microsoft Knowledge Base
Article - 836961 and it's still the same.
I know it's not loading the ActiveX component thus this error.
I updated from SP1 and have all of the latest updates installed prior
to installing SP2.

I hope someone can help e resove this problem.
