I got the error that the file: XPMSGR.CHM is wring

Can anybody help me

Maybe, but one would need a whole lot more information about what you might
be talking about. What is a SP2 Rcr file, and what is wring?

It takes you to a web viewer BUT it also has the instructions of how to set
up OE to access the private groups.
